Looking for a little color in your Prefold stash?  These Premium Prefolds have been dyed in beautiful colors just for your enjoyment!  They were washed, dyed with vibrant Dharma Dyes to resist fading and bleeding and then washed twice more before coming to your home.  (We suggest you wash them again before using them on your child.)

 Prefolds are, by far, the most economical choice in the cloth diapering world.  They are absorbent, easy to wash and dry quickly.  They can be used as a "real diaper" when you add a fastener and a cover. They can also be used as a doubler or can be stuffed into your favorite pocket diaper.   In addition to an excellent burp cloth, when you're done diapering your baby you now have a lovely dust cloth!  Want to add some personalization?  Try embroidery.  Before washing, these diapers measure 14 1/2 in. X 22 in.  After washing they will shrink a bit and become quilted and softer.  They have 4 layers of material on the outside edges and 8 layers in the middle panel.  (4x8x4)

Sizing and Identification Chart

 Prefold diapers usually need either diaper safety pins or a Snappi® to keep them on your child.  In addition, they need a water resistant or waterproof cover to create the moisture barrier between the absorbent prefold and your child's clothing (or your lap or couch).  Prefold users rely on wool, fleece, polyester or PolyUrethane Laminated (PUL) fabrics for diaper covers.  The shell of a pocket diaper (pocket diaper without the inserts) can be used, too!
